His angel's name is Simone

I usually work in the garden or in the wood on Saturdays, yet the weather today has not allowed me to stick my head out of the monastery and I ended up in my room which did need a nice cleaning. Ok, I did it, but while I was dusting the bookshelf I noticed a thin book given to me few months ago. I began to turn the pages slowly and to read it here and there and then I found myself reading it from the very first page, sitting on my bed, and feeling really touched by the true story I had in my hands.

Simone has blonde hair, he goes to school and he loves sports.

Simone loves his nine years older sister Anna.

Simone says he's seen Heaven where he'd played with the angels and he says he'd talked to Jesus, His mother Mary and St. Pio from Pietralcina.Simone says he can’t say what they tell him otherwise they won’t talk to him again, it is their secret!!

Simone is 6 years old when they found out he’s got a brain cancer.

Simone says he’s never alone because his guardian angel – named 

Simone too – is always with him.

Simone says he wants to go back to heaven because there’re no 

pains nor sorrows there and he can stay close to everyone he loves 

from there.

Simone is here no more, he’s where he wanted to go, in heaven.
